What should I do if I received a damaged parcel?

Please reject the parcel if it was damaged on arrival. If you were not able to reject, and have already opened the box, please take photos of any damaged parts (damaged packaging and damaged product) and send to us immediately within 3 business days of the delivery, via service@vanpowers.bike.
