As you know, traditional electricity relies heavily on fossil fuels such as coal and natural gas. Not only are they bad for the environment, but they are also limited resources. Product

Make sure it meets the below:

1) Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) is within our input voltage range.

2) The current and power should not exceed our max. input current/power limits.

3) Use the same power connector (MC4 or Anderson).

Our power station can be recharged by a wall charger/solar charger and car charger. Some models need to buy a dc to a car power inverter for car full recharge. Pls, check with the seller before purchasing.

Our products have waterproof ratings from IP65-IP68. Different models and different products have different waterproof grades, please refer to the product description for detailed grades.

You can roughly calculate the charging time:

you need to do some search or check the power of your device, it should not exceed our max. power limits.

Charge time(rough calculated) = our power station Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device

This is the theoretical value calculated: charge it without using it. Actual working time may vary on how you use the device, please inquire with customer service for details.

The power station can charge all kinds of devices such as CPAP, laptops, phones, tablets, led lamps, drones, car mini-fridges, Gopro, SPEAKER, TV screens, Cameras, etc.

Our Power Stations featured multiple Outputs: AC, DC, and a USB port that can power up all kinds of electronic gadgets ranging from laptops, smartphones, drones, go-pros, cameras, CPAP, and much more.

Vanpowers power stations can be charged with a third-party brand solar panel. You must match the plug size and input voltage of the Vanpowers Power Station you are trying to charge.

However, we don't recommend other brand products to recharge your Vanpowers power station. We can't guarantee the safety and quality of those products or provide after-sale service for them. It highly recommends that you purchase the matching Vanpowers solar panel for your Vanpowers Explorer.

Yes. There are two types of order cancellation:
1. We can help you cancel the order BEFORE shipping.
2. Please note that we CAN NOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third-party logistics.

Only the United States and other countries need to place orders on our other websites.
We cannot provide the following services (If the product exceeds 30KG, it will not be shipped. )

UPS and FEDEX are our logistics partners, shipping Vanpowers products.

We can help you modify your order BEFORE shipping. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
