Charger Specification Questions/What is the charger specification used by Vanpowers' e-bike? Can I buy other fast charging to charge the e-bike?

Our e-bikes use 100V-240V/2A smart charger. But we do not recommend that you buy other charging equipment. Please be aware that charging an e-bike at an inappropriate voltage is very dangerous. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
