After almost 200 Km, pretty decent bike overall.
The same cannot be said for the accounting service.

I needed a simple note to be added to the invoice stating that "the bike complies with the European Pedelec regulation", which is already reported in the manual, but despite all my requests the accounting department refused.
This is ridiculous because every invoicing system in the world has the ability to add free text notes.
The lack of such a note on the invoice prevents me from accessing a 250 euro bonus from the municipality where I live, which subsidizes sustainable mobility.
Please note that the invoice instead reports a note "shipped from the Czech Republic warehouse" which I could not be less interested into.

And finally, I ordered color White and I received a Gray bike; nevertheless I decided to keep the gray bike, scared by all the things that could eventually go wrong if I started a replacement procedure.
