Welcome to Vanpowers! We offer free shipping for our electric bikes to the continental United States.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Before shipping your order, Vanpowers usually needs to prepare your products, conduct strict quality control tests, and carefully package the items. Therefore, processing time and shipping time are separate.

Handling Time

For electric bikes that are in stock at our US warehouses, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order.

Transit Time

For shipments from our East/West US warehouses to destinations within the United States, the transit time is 3-7 business days.

Order Cutoff Time

4:00 AM (GMT-04:00) Atlantic Standard Time (Puerto Rico)

For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.

Shipping Fee

Free shipping for orders within the United States.

Note

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any products to the following US locations:
Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.

Due to occasional shortages or extended production cycles of certain accessory products, delivery times may range from 15 to 35 business days. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience. We will track the shipping status of your order throughout the process. If your order is very urgent, or if your order has been delayed, or if you have any other requests, please feel free to contact us at service@vanpowers.com or leave a message in the notes section of your order.

Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes for your shipping destination, but we strive to set a relatively reasonable price for our products. Due to different customs policies in various countries, we cannot guarantee whether you will need to pay taxes. In rare cases, orders may be subject to duties imposed by the government (not our website), in which case you will bear these costs.

We have multiple shipping warehouses in the United States to ensure your packages are delivered quickly. Most orders are shipped from the following warehouse address.
